Fairbanks Community Food Bank Programs
The vision of the Fairbanks Community Food Bank is:
- To have no one in the Tanana Valley die of starvation
- To have no child in the Tanana Valley go hungry
- To provide food assistance to everyone who meets federal poverty guidelines, if it is requested
To accomplish these goals the Food Bank has several assistance programs. They are:
- Agency Shopping
- Bone Builders
- Bread Box
- CSFP (Commodity Supplemental Food Program)
- Food Boxes
- Move for Hunger
- TEFAP (Temporary Emergency Food Assistance)
- WIC Summer Supplementation
