Agency Shopping

The Food Bank gives away 15 tons of food each week to agencies in the local Fairbanks community that then use the food for their own programs.

Annual Agency Monitoring Form

Agencies interested in participating in the Agency Shopping program must complete the Annual Agency Monitoring Form (PDF 424 KB).

A copy of each agency's IRS Letter of Determination for 501(c)(3) must also be turned in with the form. The Fairbanks Community Food Bank's IRS Letter of Determination for 501(c)(3) is included in the PDF packet as a sample of the specific form that we need you to submit.

Please return the completed form and IRS letter of determination to us by faxing it to 456-2377 or mailing it to:

The local American Red Cross chapter participates in the Agency Shopping program.
